Trullo Petrarolo is located on the Eastern Coast of Puglia, Southern Italy. Set 6km back from the coast on higher land covered in olive groves – the trullo is home to a lovely enjoy panoramic view of the coastline from the terrace and scenic views of historical olive trees from the gardens.
The Trullo is well connected by air being approximately 45 minutes from Bari Airport and 55 minutes from Brindisi Airport. Bari Airport can accommodate private jets and has regular flights to Rome and a host of European Cities.
The Trullo is just 10 minutes from the nearest beach in Monopoli and 25 minutes to Savalletri and Capitolo with all its beach clubs and lidos.
For site seeing, we are 20 minutes from Castellana Grotte, 30 minutes from world famous Alberobello and less than 1 hour from all the little hilltop towns in the area – Ostuni, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martina Franca. Lecce is 1hr 45 minutes away.
For wine – we are 20 minutes from the valley of Canale Di Pirro – home to many of the region’s best wines. Visits to family run award winning vineyards and tasting tours can be arranged.
